Complaint, 13.11.2023On 13 November 2023, CCR brought a civil complaint in federal court in California on behalf of two Palestinian human rights groups and eight individuals, seeking a court order barring US President Joe Biden, Secretary of State Anthony J. Blinken, and Secretary of Defense Lloyd James Austin III, from providing military and diplomatic support to Israel to “adhere to their duty to prevent, and not further, the unfolding genocide of Palestinian people in Gaza”.
