The Council of State issues two judgements in relation to the claimants’ requests for the suspension of licences issued by the Walloon Government for the export of arms to Saudi Arabia. The court agrees with the request for suspension with respect to licences for the export of ML1 category goods, however adopts a contrasting position with regard to the licences for ML6 category goods.
