The Council of State finds that certain licences issued for the export of arms (ML6 category) to the Saudi Royal Guard did not need to be suspended.n
Adopting a contrasting position to the separate judgement issued on this date, the court reasons that there is no evidence of misconduct by this unit of the Saudi armed forces in the conflict in Yemen and therefore no clear risk that the exported goods will be used for any unlawful and unintended purpose by the recipients.
