Plaintiffs’ Appeal against District Court Ruling

The plaintiffs submit an official appeal against the District Court’s judgement on the civil suit against the State of the Netherlands for the transfer of F-35 parts to Israel, which ruled in favour of the defendant. The plaintiffs state that they believe the Netherlands is obligated to reassess the general export licence issued in 2016 for the transfer of F-35 parts to Israel, given the situation in Gaza since 7 October 2023. The plaintiffs further stated that the Netherlands has obligations under international law that should not b weighed against “other interests”.
