This article aims to draw attention to the relevant US policies and laws that apply to arms transfers, in light of increased US weapons transfers to Israel in the context of the escalation of violence in Gaza since 7 October 2023. The guide intends to assist lawmakers, policymakers, media, civil society, and the interested public in their work.
