The application requests that a series of export permits for military goods with a destination of Saudi Arabia should be declared void due to the risk of their use in IHRL and IHL violations.

In particular, the applicant contends that the issuance of the specified export permits were contrary to the Export and Import Permits Act and the Geneva Conventions Act due to evidence of serious and repeated violations of human rights in Saudi Arabia, and the reasonable risk that the exported goods could be used against the civilian population, including in the commission of war crimes in the conflict in Yemen. The claimant requests that these export permits are declared void, and to declare void any permits that have been issued without public knowledge.
