CAAT Skeleton, 30.01.2017

This provides an outline of Campaign Against Arms Trade’s (CAAT)  case as heard on 7th and 8th February 2017. The Claimant challenges the ongoing failure of the government to suspend extant extant licences, and the decision of 9 December 2015 to continue to grant new licences, for the sale and transfer of arms and military equipment to Saudi Arabia for possible use in the conflict in Yemen.
