Defence contractors Motion to Dismiss

The defence contractors named in the civil complaint filed by seven Yemeni nationals in the district court of Washington DC in the US file a motion to dismiss. The motion to dismiss argues inter alia that government defence contractors are immune from liability, the plaintiffs lack standing, they have not asserted viable claims, particularly under the ATS, and their claims are barred under the political question and act of state doctrines.
