Judgement on Request for Suspension, 3 licences no. 2178/03144, 2178/031445 and 2178/03144

This case concerns 3x licences no. 2178/03144; 2178/031445; 2178/031446 issued to an unknown operator for the delivery of land vehicles and components to Saudi Arabia. The court refuses to suspend 2 licences because the licences have been fully executed so it finds that the request for suspension no longer has any purpose as it is directed against these licences. For the remaining licence no. 2178/030817 the Court rejects the first two arguments, but finds it necessary to examine the third argument, namely the alleged violation of criteria 6 of the Common Position, and reopens the proceedings on this basis.
