Judgement on Request for Suspension, licence no.2178/030703

This case concerns 1x licence no.2178/030703 issued to FN Herstal for delivery to Saudi Arabia of ML1 smooth bore weapons. The Court rejects the first two arguments, but finds it necessary to examine the third argument, namely the alleged violation of criteria 6 of the Common Position, and reopens the proceedings on this basis.
