Judgement on Request for Suspension, licence no. 2178/030817 and 2178/030818

This case concerns 2 x licences no. 2178/030817 and 2178/030818 issued to an unknown manufacturer for delivery to Saudi Arabia of land vehicles and their components.  The Court rejects the first two arguments, but finds it necessary to examine the third argument, namely the alleged violation of criteria 6 of the Common Position, and reopens the proceedings on this basis.
