The Council of State assesses the claimant’s request for suspension of two licences, no. 2178/031278 and 2178/030824; issued to an unidentified operator of land vehicles and components. One licence has already been executed so the Court concludes there is no need to rule on suspension for that licence. The request for suspension of the second licence is rejected on the grounds that the material is being exported to Canada and the USA meaning the arguments of urgency are irrelevant.
For the decision ordering the annulment of these licences, see here.
