Judgement by the Administrative Court of Paris on the Claim submitted 07.05.2019 against the Prime Minister of France under the Urgency Procedure

The Court rejects the claim due to a lack of urgency for the contested licences to be suspended. It comes to this conclusion because evidence brought forward by the claimants that there was an imminent shipment of contested goods from a French port to Saudi Arabia, pursuant to a contract concluded under this licence, was no longer accurate, as the scheduled shipment had been cancelled.
