Court order, 20.06.2019Following the judgement of the Court of Appeal, this order quashes the decisions of the government not to suspend extant export licences for the sale or transfer of arms and military equipment to Saudi Arabia for possible use in the conflict in Yemen and to continue to grant further such licences. The Secretary of State is ordered to retake on a lawful basis its export licensing decisions on extant licences, and not to issue any new ones, where the equipment might be used by Saudi Arabia in Yemen.
