Order on Request to Appeal the Decision of the Court of Appeal

Following the decision of the Court of Appeal, on 27 June the Government asked the Court of Appeal for permission to appeal to the Supreme Court and for a stay. In this order, the Government is granted permission to appeal to the Supreme Court, but is refused a stay. Campaign Against Arms Trade (CAAT) is granted permission to appeal on the two grounds on which it had lost.
