Request to NCACC for Information on Permit Holders for Exports to Saudi Arabia and the UAE

The claimants formally request information on all entities that hold permits to transfer arms to Saudi Arabia and the UAE, whose identity is not publicly disclosed, so that they can be joined to proposed litigation that seeks to have the decisions of the NCACC reviewed and set aside. In particular, it is submitted that the NCACC decisions are unlawful in light of evidence of the commission of international law violations by Saudi Arabia and the UAE in Yemen, and this will form the basis of the proposed litigation.
