Response to Out of Court Request for Licensing Information

The Wallonian Government responds to the claimants’ request for licensing information. It states that it is not in a position to provide an immediate response to the claimant’s request for a copy of the licensing decisions. It also informs the claimants that the request has been transmitted to the relevant administrative authorities so that they can verify the accuracy of the La Libre article and the merits of the claimants’ request for access to these decisions.
