US Government Motion to Dismiss

US government defendants file a motion to dismiss the complaint filed by seven Yemeni nationals in the district court of Washington DC, on the grounds that the plaintiffs lack standing, the Court does not have the right to pass judgement on he Executive Branch’s decision to authorise arms sales to Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and that plaintiffs cannot raise nonjusticiable political questions in Court.
