Government’s Response to Pre-action Protocol

The government response to the pre-action protocol letter sent by the claimants. It provides information on how it investigates, monitors and responds to allegations of breaches of IHL by the Saudi-led Coalition. It states that it considers that the granting of licences to Saudi Arabia throughout the period of conflict have been compliant with the Criteria and the conditions that would trigger the suspension of extant licences and the suspension of licensing have not been met.
